article by arete kennel

Beagle is a breed of dog is very smart and easy to train. One of the basic exercises that are generally taught first is to teach them is to sit according to our command.

As is known that before the train we should have the confidence to become her leader and can provide direction firmly and clearly to her.

My experience starting to train Beagle puppies is from 3 or 4 month-old puppy which have started to understand when we call her name.

How To Teach Your Beagle To Shake

Most owners of an affectionate Beagle will more than likely have been taught this trick by their dog already, but for those who own a Beagle who is not used to offering up her paw, you can try to encourage her to do so. Sit on a chair and face your beagle who should also be in a seated position. In front of her right paw offer her your right hand while holding a treat in your left hand just slightly above her eye level. She will be encouraged to remain in a sitting position due to the enticing smell of the treat that is directly in front of her face.

How To Teach Your Beagle To Roll Over

Many young Beagles can be easily taught the simple trick of rolling over. Before you attempt to try to teach your Beagle this trick however, you should be sure that you have her confidence beforehand as it will require a certain amount of trust on her part.
